Interactive Training Techniques for the Classroom |

Are you called upon to plan and deliver training in the classroom? Participants in this program will prepare themselves to be both presenter and discussion leader. Participants will incorporate principles of adult learning as they practice techniques for engaging trainees in productive learning experiences. Practical concepts and activities will help participants build confidence as classroom trainers. Participants: Individuals who conduct training in addition to their regular job responsibilities, new trainers, supervisors and leaders who present new skills and procedures. Fees: |
